Replating
Our vermeil pieces come with a thick gold plating that lasts a long time. However, should your jewelry ever lose its gold color, we're happy to replate it for you.
Repairs
Within your 5-year warranty, we'll repair your piece for you. If it's beyond repair, we'll offer you a replacement or voucher.
Each piece passes through many hands from designing, to casting, polishing, putting it together, plating and packaging it. We only use pure Sterling silver from responsible sources, and ensure fair and ethical manufacturing conditions across the product journey. Even if it means higher manufacturing costs - we want to make sure you can wear each piece with a clear conscience.
Our Sterling silver jewelry is durable, water-resistant, and comes with protective Rhodium plating. We still recommend keeping your jewelry away from water or cosmetics to keep it shiny.
Our beautiful packaging makes sure your jewelry arrives well-protected. But it also protects our planet. From the Tencel-based ribbons to the tape that seals the box, every part is 100% plastic-free and recyclable.
