Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll love your new jewelry. However, if you change your mind, returns are quick and easy. Click here to go directly to your orders, or read below for further information.
RETURNS POLICY
- Jewelry must be returned in new and unworn condition, and in its complete, original packaging, including the pouches and jewelry box.
- Please do not try on earrings before returning them.
- We offer returns and refunds within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, for example for a different ring size, the easiest way is to request a return and order the new item separately. If you used a gift code or coupon for the original purchase, or would like some help choosing the right size, reach out to us at hello@nataliegrassi.com - we're happy to help!
Follow this easy step-by-step guide to return your items:
- Go to account.nataliegrassi.com and enter the email you used for your order. You’ll receive a code to log in - no password necessary!
- Choose the order you wish to return one or more items from and click “Request return”.
- On the next page, select the items you’d like to return and choose a reason. You can also add additional information for us. Click “Request return”.
- We’ll follow up with a return label via email! Securely pack the unworn jewelry in its original packaging, attach the return label and drop off the package.
- Once we have received your package and completed the returns process, you’ll receive an email notifying you of your refund.
RETURNS - DURATION
We try to process your return within 5 business days. Please note that during busy times of the year, processing your return might take up to 10 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

- Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number

Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing parts (pouches, extras, etc.) are excluded from returns.
Warranty
Our jewelry is made to last - but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
In addition to your statutory consumer rights under German law, we offer a voluntary 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What’s covered:
- Material or workmanship defects that affect the piece’s function
- Faulty clasps, hinges, or other moving parts
How to claim:
Send us an email to hello@nataliegrassi.com with a few photos and a short description of the issue. Please reach out as soon as the defect becomes noticeable. Each case will be reviewed individually.
What we’ll do:
If your claim is valid, we’ll either repair your piece at no cost, or replace it. We reserve the right to repair the piece up to two times before offering a refund.
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, worn plating)
- Damage from improper storage or harsh cleaning agents
- Damage from contact with chlorinated water or sea water
- Accidents (e.g. dropped items, stepped-on jewelry)
