Warranty

Our jewelry is made to last - but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

In addition to your statutory consumer rights under German law, we offer a voluntary 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What’s covered:

• Material or workmanship defects that affect the piece’s function
• Faulty clasps, hinges, or other moving parts

How to claim:

Send us an email to hello@nataliegrassi.com with a few photos and a short description of the issue. Please reach out as soon as the defect becomes noticeable. Each case will be reviewed individually.

What we’ll do:

If your claim is valid, we’ll either repair your piece at no cost, or replace it. We reserve the right to repair the piece up to two times before offering a refund.

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, worn plating)
• Damage from improper storage or harsh cleaning agents
• Damage from contact with chlorinated water or sea water
• Accidents (e.g. dropped items, stepped-on jewelry)

• Changes made by third parties
